dataCon’s partnership began with the US Navy more than 40 years ago supporting the DDG -51 Arleigh Burke Class Guided Missile Destroyer, Aegis Combat Systems (ACS) with Tier 1 OEMs and the USN. As the only small business trusted to do so, dataCon originally manufactured and tested various advanced technologies and electronic combat cabinets of the ACS from prototype, LRIP, and full production.

We continue to support the ACS lifecycle from new construction, modernization, maintenance, and depot repair. As a result, the PEO PMS 400D awarded dataCon the Aegis Excellence Award four (4) times for unparalleled quality and delivery performance – a record unparalleled across industry.

Currently, we ride with the Warfighter on each and every DDG-51 destroyer.  Our nation’s Warfighters can testify to the excellence of the ACS, as they continue to successfully execute their most important missions in the naval arena.
